If items are shown as in stock when you ordered, we will usually post within 48 hous. Delivey time will be the number of WORKING days desrcibed in your chosen delivery option.
If shown as not in stock, we will back order from distributors. They usually deliver to us in 1~4 days. That then bring us to above.

EMS	2~4 working days to deliver. Tracking number. Fully insurable. Great value for money, especially for < 1kg Express Mail Service is a fast delivery service from the world's postal networks. Also called Express Courier International ECI. With tracking number, traceable at Japan Post (JP), and your local postal website, if available. Your country's postal service will deliver to your door, anyone can sign to receive, with ID recorded. If parcel is taxable, EMS may not help clear your parcel thru customs. You may have to personally collect at the main local post office, or the customs office. If parcel is lost, we will enquire with JP. JP will contact your country's post office to investigate. Any insurance will be paid after that.
Registered Air Mail	3~6 working days to deliver. Insurable up to 6,000yen only. Up to 2kg only. Cheaper than EMS at 1~2kg Your postman will deliver to your mailbox, or to your door, depending on your local postal practice. No tracking number, but there is a registration number. Anyone can sign to receive. If it is lost, we will enquire with Japan Post (JP) using this number. JP will contact your country's post office to investigate. This process can take up to 2 months. Insurance will be paid after that.
Registered Economy Mail	6~13 working days to deliver. Insurable up to 6,000yen only. Up to 2kg only. Cheaper than AirMail. Air mail to your country, but Ground mail within your country. Your postman will deliver to your mailbox, or to your door, depending on your local postal practice. No tracking number, but there is a registration number. Anyone can sign to receive. Limits of Responsibility.

Do understand that we should not be held responsible for lost/damaged parcels. We are not the post office nor courier company. Naturally, we always despatch your parcel in the best way we know how .. good packing and good documentation. In the event of damaged, or lost, delivery, as the sender, we will help you claim insurance. Your calm cooperation is needed.
