Parcel is insured for $68 for free. For value > $68, insurance
cost is $5 for first $500, then $1 for every $100 insured. It is
your decision and risk whether to insure for more. No loss/damage parcels so far.

Delivery Options from Singapore
Insured Air Mail |
- 4~10 working days to deliver.
- Fully insurable except AU, BH, CA and US where max insurance
is SGD68.
- Up to 2kg only.
- Your postman will deliver to your mailbox, or to your door,
depending on your local postal practice.
- No tracking number, but there is a registration number. Anyone
can sign to receive.
- If it is lost, we will enquire with Singapore Post using this
number. They will contact your country's post office to investigate.
This process can take up to 2 months. Insurance will be paid after
that.

FedEx Economy |
- 1~2 days slower than Fedex Express, but just as reliable.
- Deliver to your door, anyone can sign to receive, with ID recorded.
- With tracking number, traceable at fedex.com.
- If parcel is taxable, Fedex will clear it thru customs for you,
and collect the tax at your door.

Limits of Responsibility.
Do understand that we should not be held responsible for lost/damaged
parcels. We are not the post office nor courier company. Naturally, we
always despatch your parcel in the best way we know how .. good packing
and good documentation. In the event of damaged, or lost, delivery, as
the sender, we will help you claim insurance. Your calm cooperation is
needed.
Where does Bluetin post from?
All products seen here are physically in Singapore, mainly supplied from
Authorized Distributors in Singapore.
Some popular Japan domestic items are imported into Singapore, where
it will be cheaper or better for Singapore and Malaysia buyers instead
of buying from our Japan store. For these items, other buyers will find
it cheaper or better to buy from our Japan store.
Orders from this store will be sent from Singapore. Orders from our
Japan store will be sent from Japan.
When does Bluetin post your order?
AFTER receiving your payment,
- If items are shown as in stock when you ordered, we will usually post within 48 hous. We always try to post ASAP.
- If shown as not in stock, we will back order from distributors. They usually deliver in 1~2 days.
