When does Bluetin post your order?

We will process your order AFTER receiving your payment.

If items are in stock when you ordered, it will be reserved for you. We will usually post within 2 days.

If not in stock, we will back order from distributors upon receiving your payment. Suppliers usually deliver in 1~2 days. During the checkout process, if an item is not in stock, it will be marked 'Available in 1~2 days'.

We do try to stock popular items so that we can process your order soonest.

If it is lost, we will enquire with Singapore Post using this number. They will contact your country's post office to investigate. This process can take up to 2 months. Insurance will be paid after that.

If your company has a Fedex or DHL account, we can bill the delivery directly to it. You just pay us for the products and any payment handling fee.

For Malaysia

Tracking number available, but is hardly updated on their web. They are reliable, and parcels usually arrive the next day, and a day later for East Malaysia.

For parcels > MYR 200, we have a chargeable Handcarry JB service to help you avoid Malaysia's custom tax. A Bluetin staff will handcarry your order into Johor Bahru within 5 working days, then GDex it on the same day or next. You should receive the next day.

EMS from Singapore is strangely more expensive than Fedex Economy and is not any faster. However, they charge by weight while Fedex charges the higher of weight and dimensional weight. Usually, it is cheaper and more reliable to send by Fedex Economy.

Limits of Responsibility.

Do understand that we should not be held responsible for lost/damaged parcels. We are not the post office nor courier company. Naturally, we always despatch your parcel in the best way we know how .. good packing and good documentation. In the event of damaged, or lost, delivery, as the sender, we will help you claim insurance. Your calm cooperation is needed.
